ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OSCE:

June 4, 2008
It is published in the official gazette El Peruano, Legislative Decree No. 1017 approving the Law on Government Procurement, and establishing the Supervising Agency of the Government Procurement-OSCE. According to the twelfth final supplementary provision of the Law on Government Procurement, it would enter into force, thirty (30) calendar days from the publication of its rules and the Rules of Organization and Functions of the
OSCE.

It also ordered that any reference to the Council for State Procurement-CONSUCODE, or the powers, functions or powers that he had held were understood references to Agency Procurement Supervisor of the State-OSCE.

January 1, 2009
It is published in the official gazette El Peruano Supreme Decree N º 184-2008-EF approves the Regulation of the Law on State Contracting, and notes that go into effect when there is compliance by the twelfth Provision supplementary final State Contracting Law.

January 14, 2009
It is published in the official gazette El Peruano Supreme Decree N º 006-2009-EF approves the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the OSCE, and the second disposal further provides that its publication be made on the Portal of the Peruvian State (www.peru.gob.pe) and CONSUCODE portal, while the portal is implemented OSCE (www.osce.gob.pe).

The publication of D.S. N º 006-2009-EF, meant that the validity of the Government Procurement Act and its regulations, as well as the functioning of the OSCE would be from the February 13, 2009.

January 31, 2009
By Emergency Decree No. 014-2009, issued on January 31, 2009 in the official gazette El Peruano, it was established that the validity of the Government Procurement Act, its regulations, as well as the start of the OSCE functions would be as of 01 February 2009.

It also ordered the publication of the Rules of Organization and Functions of the OSCE in the portal website of the Peruvian State, as well as the portal of the OSCE, will perform the same January 31, 2009.
